    Great graphic! So does Vertical Measures actually utilize 6 different individuals or teams to proceed with a content strategy, or do some of those roles overlap? I’d be interested in hearing more about the difference in the roles a content strategist and an SEO strategist play in the grand scheme of things from the perspective of Vertical Measures.

    Excellent. This is one of the best explanations I’ve seen on content marketing workflow. It’s perfect for explaining to CMOs or managers what’ resources are required, and to a lesser extent, why. As Scott said, it would be a great road map to keep posted on the office wall.

    Thanks for your comment Mike and I apologize for the delayed response. At Vertical Measures we have a team that cover all the roles presented in the graphic, and these roles sometimes vary based on the project. The reason I chose to create the infographic the way I did was that I wanted to show an ideal scenario that would clarify the roles and the process the best way possible to viewers, kind of blending research and tips I found with our own strategy here at VM.
