Upcoming Search, Social and Content Marketing Conference Schedule
I am about take off for my final round of speaking engagements for 2011! It has been a great year of speaking and exposure with the release of my first Internet marketing book, Accelerate! Monday November 7th
PubCon’s training program will present two tracks of workshops. The organic search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing track will cover keyword and long-tail search targeting, link-building campaigns, bleeding-edge on-the-page SEO strategies, and other search topics. All students will receive a free copy of Accelerate! and I will be there to sign during lunch!
I am excited to participate in this private meeting for speakers only, an opportunity for us to talk with one another about significant internet issues we are facing.
Tuesday November 8th
Enterprise Level Local Search
Learn how national companies optimize for local search. Local results continue to gain a larger share of the SERP. This session will examine address strategies and other tactics for large brand Web sites.

Content, content, content. Searchers are looking for it, and the engines know that content is key. Developing a strong content development strategy (and then following it) is the most basic thing you can do for long-term search engine optimization success. We’ll share methods of how to keep the flow of keyword-rich and relevant content going.

Pubcon Labs Speaker Table – Link Building vs. Link Attraction
PubCon Labs is a new feature at PubCon Las Vegas, an opportunity for speakers and attendees to meet in a one-on-one setting. Up to ten tables will be set up in the PubCon Labs for speakers and attendees to meet. Each table will be reserved for a specific topic. Speakers and attendees may meet up to a half hour. I will host the table, Link Building vs. Link Attraction.
After three long days, it will time to have some fun! I’ll be attending the #EpicDinner Vegas, hosted by Alan Bleiweiss. Over 50 attendees will receive a free copy of my book.

Links With Maximum Juice and Minimum Risk
Link building is one of the most important and challenging aspects of SEO today. This session will look at real world strategies for gaining quality links that count. There are no shortcuts here, this is all about research, tools, and link conversion request rates.

My hand will likely be cramping by now, but I’ll fight through it! There is something special about signing my book and handing it off to someone eager to read it. I’ll be at the PubCon Exhibit Hall book signing booth, operated by Barnes and Noble staff.
After Vegas, I’m heading to Austin, TX. LavaCon offers four days of breakout sessions and hands-on workshops on how to create digital content that enhances the customer experience and promotes your company’s online brand.

In this one hour presentation, I’ll discuss various case studies showing how search, social and content marketing can be used together to grow your business.
Due to my busy, busy schedule I’ll be at SES for 24 hours, and then back to Phoenix for Social Media AZ! But, it is likely going to be very cold in Chicago, so I’ll be looking forward to coming back to some sun.
