I have seen quite a shift in SERP's towards the end of 2010. I find it reassuring to see certain competitors who have blitzed back links have actually gone down the SERP's.. Clearly what is being overlooked by them is a back link profile. Doubling the ammount of links to a site overnight is not very smart. It takes consistant focus and consistant action. This is assuming of course your onpage is hitting the spot too. I discoverd this page revieiwing my competitors backlinks too. I have seen quite a shift in SERP’s towards the end of 2010.
