I am excited to see how this plays out for USA Today. It was pretty obvious by the stats on their print business and the stats of their online growth that something like this had to happen. I find it hard to believe that there are all these journalists out there and other employees that still can't see what is happening and know that their jobs will soon be gone, most of them anyways.

What other strategies have you seen print business employ to battle the digital tide, or rather to swim with it?
