Strong comfort level interfacing with clients on challenging questions.
Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company.
Ability to measure strategy effectiveness for our clients and make decisions based on changes in our clients traffic, conversions, and rankings.
Create and implement new projects and creative ideas with our SEO, Content and Promotion teams that help improve customer conversion rates.
Communicates internally – early and often – making sure everyone involved with your client is aligned.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.
Make data-driven decisions to move the team and our strategies forward to hit customer goals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts within other Vertical Measures’ departments on content marketing efforts.
Analyze and report on client content marketing efforts and provide insights on optimization requirements to see consistent improvements.

What You Need to Bring to the Table
Proven experience building and driving digital strategy across multiple industries is a requirement, but your ability to tie outcomes to client business goals and measure our impact is what will make you successful.
5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a digital marketing capacity. Agency experience is a bonus.
Critical and strategic thinking skills are a must.
Proven and visible marketing veteran, with in-depth knowledge of the various services we offer.
Excellent communicator with ability to work strategically with clients on what they need to grow their business.
