Internet Marketing Specialist

Vertical Measures has an immediate opening for an Internet Marketing Specialist. This entry level position is a great opportunity for a talented individual that has experience in search, social and content to grow within our firm. We have a successful track record of achieving top rankings in the major search engines for our clients. You will play an important role in building upon this success.  Work with some of the most talented people in this industry and grow your Internet marketing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Link research and acquisition
• Analyze link popularity & keyword rankings
• Maintain knowledge of current SEO practices

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with an enthusiasm for the Internet marketing and technologies
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Knowledge of onsite and offsite SEO a Plus
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, highly-motivated self-starter, with ability to work independently
• Familiarity with web analytics tools and concepts a strong PLUS
• Experience as a blogger or contributor to industry related blogs a PLUS.
• Knowledge of WordPress a PLUS
• Must have positive attitude

The perfect candidate will have a minimum of one year SEO and link acquisition experience while being a cooperative team player with a can-do attitude.
